Tayla - Character Profile

Tayla is what we could call a typical hedonistic teen.  The complete oposite of her sister. Skips lessons, late on homework and has dated every member Jock in the school. She the definition of a dear devil.  Loud, naughty, and speaks her mind without always considering consequences. Wherever Tayla goes she is always the life of the party.

Brogan - Character Profile

Brogan is the typical final girl often caught up in her sister and friends mischief usually torn between morality and her sisters persuasion. She is the most intellectual of the group and analyses situations. She is known to resolve conflicts and get the group out of risky situations with resourcefulness and creativity. She is logical and organised and plans to go to university. Brogan is dating long term boyfriend Zain.

The Cast

Our cast was assembled by people from our college that all had different personalities that we thought would come across great in an on screen role.
Zain has a very intersting and upbeat personality which is why we asked him to be in our trailer
The two girls Brogan and Taylor are twin sisters. This could create some interesting twist which is why we were happy when they agreed to be in the trailer. They also have a distinctive image being twins which I believe is very unique.
The last member of the cast is ME. Aswel as being the director of the trailer I enjoy acting and have an A in GCSE drama so thought I would be a great addition to the cast.

Alterations to be Made to Shotlist

During lesson today we went out with the camera recorder to test how our shots would actually look in comparison with the shotlist that we first came up with. We realised that although most of our shots were good some needed to be altered for a better quality shot and overall trailer. An example of this is the first shot we were not sure whether to use the main gate or the side gate. However after recording and looking back at the footage we realised that the main gate would be more suitable to shoot an establishing shot and spread all the characters along the gate without all the actors being squashed altogether by the small side gate of the school.
